Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and we do our best to ship them within 48 hours of you placing the order using our internal delivery capacity depending on your location and fastest available service. At the present time, during our soft launch phase, we will ship only in London area. Hopefully in the coming months we will support major cities.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number and we will be updating you via email or text messages.
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as suppliers, customs or postal delays.
